You can return the product you bought from tubaergin.com with your invoice within 14 days from the invoice date, and you can exchange it for another product of the same amount at Tuba Ergin stores.

It is not accepted to return the products in which the original package is damaged, used, the label is destroyed, damaged and cannot be purchased by another customer.

Unpaid products cannot be returned.

You can return your orders within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Returns are not accepted for tailor made orders.

After your product reaches us, if no definite deterioration is detected due to reasons such as usage error after the examinations to be made by our authorities, the product price will be returned to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period. This period starts when we receive the returned product. When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our officials, the product(s) you sent for the return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified, by stating the reason for the return rejection.
