What should I look for when I submit my order ?

You can receive your order from the courier against signature by presenting an identity document with a picture.

When receiving your product, you must open the cargo box and make sure that the product content is complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, you must send a report to the cargo officer and send the product back.

If you are not at your address at the time of delivery, your order is delivered to the person at the delivery address after its picture ID is checked and its signature is received.

When will I be refunded for the product I returned/canceled?

The return process is initiated by checking the conformity of the product's condition with the return conditions. When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 working days. This period begins when Tuba Ergin receives the returned product. When your return request is approved and the product amount is returned to your credit card, you are informed via e-mail.

After the refund is made, the amount to be transferred to the account is determined by the bank. You can request information from your bank in this regard.

To which address will I send my return?

The cargo company we have contracted for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo. Do not forget, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer for the returns sent with other shipping companies.

Do you have overseas delivery?

Yes. We can deliver your order abroad with contracted cargo companies.

How much is the shipping payment?

Shipping costs are covered by us for your domestic orders. You do not need to pay for shipping.

With which company will my cargo be sent?

Your orders are delivered to the address you specify via Yurtiçi Kargo.

When will my cargo arrive?

For your purchases from seasonal products, your shipment will be shipped within 5 working days after your order is received by us. When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.

What are my payment options?

You can pay by all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer.

We do not have a payment option at the door.

How soon will the product I order be delivered?

The order time may vary depending on the product type and address information. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first business day.

Your orders placed on campaign and special discount days will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Orders placed by wire transfer become valid on the date the transfer fee is processed into our accounts. tubaergin.com is not responsible for products sold out within this period.

Return & Exchange Conditions

You can return the product you bought from tubaergin.com with your invoice within 14 days from the invoice date, and you can exchange it for another product of the same amount at Tuba Ergin stores.

It is not accepted to return the products in which the original package is damaged, used, the label is destroyed, damaged and cannot be purchased by another customer.

Unpaid products cannot be returned.

In order to provide free return shipping for the products you want to return, you must send to our return address with the contracted cargo company. For returns sent with another shipping company, the shipping fee belongs to the sender. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid.

After your product reaches us, if no definite deterioration is detected due to reasons such as usage error after the examinations to be made by our authorities, the product price will be returned to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period. This period starts when we receive the returned product.

When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our officials, the product(s) you sent for the return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified, by stating the reason for the return rejection.
