How To Measure
To get the most accurate Tuba Ergin size, we recommend you measure your bust, hip and waist to compare with the sizing guide below. Please note your typical garment size may not be equal to your recommended size. Our friendly team also welcomes garment measurement requests and is happy to guide you to the perfect fit.
Bust – The fullest part of the bust (keep measuring tape horizontal)
Low hip – The fullest part of your hips at the top of your legs
Shoulder – From shoulder tip to shoulder tip
Waist – The slimmest part of your natural waistline: above your navel and below your ribcage

Care
General Care
Ensure you read the care label and cleaning instructions before attempting to clean. By following the instructions on the care label you will keep your clothes looking their very best for longer. Always iron on the reverse in accordance with the care label.
Evening & Embellished
Your evening and embroidered pieces will be delicate. To protect your exclusive embroidery we recommend you hang your garment within a protective garment bag or cover to avoid it catching on other items.
Leather
Leather
Treat leather, suede or sheepskin with a reputable leather and suede protector. You may find it preferable to invest in a suede brush and give your suede a brush from time to time. This will keep the nap looking fresh.
Dry Cleaning
We recommend you take your pieces to reputable specialist dry cleaners that will tend to the garments with our recommended methods.
Hand Wash
Please refer to the care label for specific hand wash instructions for your garments. Make sure you use the correct water temperature and if unsure use a cooler temperature. Do not soak for prolonged periods and rinse until the water runs clear.

To keep your knits and jersey in good shape we recommend you fold to store.
Bridal
Bridal
Each Bridal dress is handcrafted individually and uses delicate fabric, embroideries and lace. Custom bridal gowns are delivered in a garment bag. Please note Bridal Ready To Wear sold online is shipped as per our usual Ready To Wear collections. If you wish to clean your dress after your special day we recommend you take your dress to a reputable specialist dry cleaner.
